Building construction
Our process of adding structure to real property. The vast majority of building construction projects are small renovations, such as the addition of a room, or renovation of a bathroom. Often, the owner of the property acts as a laborer, paymaster, and design team for the entire project
Building maintenance
We clean common areas, remove trash regularly, and repair items that are broken. It can involve inspecting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems, heating and air conditioning systems, and other utility services.
Cement slap
We do cement slap, which is a structural element that is often of constant thickness and can be utilized as a floor or a roof. The subsoil supports a slab-on-ground, which is frequently strengthened with reinforcing bars or welded wire mesh. A suspended slab (also known as a structural slab) spans between supports and must be strengthened to withstand bending moments estimated from statics depending on load magnitude and span. One-way slabs, two-way slabs, waffle slabs, flat plates, flat slabs, and numerous additional slab forms exist.
